Text Box: Weekend rates apply on holidays and during holiday weeks (holiday weeks are Christmas, New Years and President’s weeks). Summer rate applies on Memorial Day Weekend Rentals subject to a Tuolumne County Occupancy Tax of 8%. Minimum stay requirements: - 3 nights all holidays, holiday weekends and weeks (holiday weeks are listed above) - 3 nights summer - 2 nights other One night’s rent plus tax is taken at the time of reservation. This deposit is fully refundable, less a minimum $50 cancellation/service fee, up until 28 days prior to arrival. The cancellation period begins 28 days prior to arrival and the balance of full payment is due at this time. This will automatically be applied to the credit card with which the reservation is held, or can be handled via check if arrangements are made in advance of the onset of the 28-day cancellation period. Once within the full 28 day cancellation period, payments are refundable only to the extent that vacancies are refilled in the event of cancellation. If all cancelled nights are refilled, all payments are refunded with the exception of the $50 minimum cancellation/service fee. All cancellations are confirmed in writing. Cancellation policy applies regardless of weather, road and snow conditions. This cancellation policy is designed to protect customer accessibility to scarce lodging in the Stanislaus National Forest. We thank you for your consideration and understanding. Customers are expected to respect and leave units as found on arrival (understanding that linens and towels will be used, but not soiled beyond reuse). Cleaning supplies and older towels for heavy dirt are available in the cabin. A Cleaning Deposit of $150 is taken in advance or authorized on a credit card to cover unusual cleaning expenses. This deposit is fully refundable in most situations. Cleaning fees are retained from this deposit at the rate of $25 minimum per hour of necessary cleaning above and beyond that normally required to return the cabin to fully rentable condition. In order to avoid cleaning fees, customers are expected to wash, dry and store all dishes, pots, pans, utensils, etc,. perform a simple wipe down kitchen and bathroom, sweep and vacuum. A cleaning service will change bed linens and sanitize following your departure. Damage to units and/or grounds is charged at cost of repairs. No smoking in any unit. Additional cleaning fees will apply to return the cabin to rentable condition should signs of smoking or pets be apparent. Rental cabins are available for check in after 3PM on the date of arrival and are to be vacated by 11AM on date of departure. Instructions for locating keys and unlocking cabins are provided in rental confirmations. We provide linens and bath towels for cabin use only; personal beach towels must be brought and used for the lake. We also stock toilet paper, soap, shampoo, dish soap and kitchen towels. Cabins include a fully stocked kitchen, barbecue, wood burning stove, Cable TV, VCR. There is no telephone service in the cabin and your cell phone may or may not receive service in our area. A pay phone is approximately 1 mile away.
